Day 01

Arrival in Guwahati drive to Shillong

Your journey commences with your arrival in Guwahati, either by air or train. After a warm welcome at the airport or railway station, you'll be driven to the enchanting city of Shillong, approximately a 3-hour drive away. As you traverse through the scenic route, enjoy the opportunity for speed boating at Umiam Lake (Bara Pani).
For those interested in visiting Kamakhya Temple, the Roop Darshan option is suggested, with VIP tickets available for Garva Griha. Guests can acquire these tickets themselves, ensuring timely participation in morning or afternoon darshan. Alternatively, entering the temple without VIP tickets involves joining the general queue, which may take several hours.
Known as the "Scotland of the East," Shillong charms with its romantic ambiance, resembling the Scottish Highlands, adorned with waterfalls, brooks, pine groves, and gardens. The afternoon is dedicated to exploring Shillong's landmarks, including the Golf Ground, Don Bosco Museum, Lady Hydari
Park, Cathedral of Marry Laitlum, and boating at Ward Lake (on direct payment). The day concludes with leisure time for independent activities, such as shopping at Police Bazar, followed by an overnight stay at the hotel.

Shillong-Cherapunjee Excursion

After a delightful breakfast at your hotel, embark on a visit to Elephant Falls, a unique two-tier waterfall nestled amidst rocky dingles. Its captivating beauty and lush green surroundings make it an ideal picnic spot. Locally known as Ka Kshaid Lai Pateng Khohsiew, meaning 'Three Steps Water Falls,' the name Elephant Falls originated during the British era when a rock resembling an elephant was spotted nearby.
While en route, explore Mawkdok Valley, situated approximately 30 km from Shillong. This vantage point on the Shillong-Cherrapunjee Road offers adventure activities like zip-lining for a panoramic view (available on direct payment). The valley features attractions such as Garden of Caves, Wai

Day 04

Shillong to Kaziranga

Indulge in a sumptuous breakfast at your hotel, preparing for an exciting journey to Kaziranga. Upon arrival, check in to the hotel and immerse yourself in the wonders of Kaziranga National Park.
Spanning 430 square kilometers, this wildlife sanctuary is a coveted destination, renowned for its diverse landscapes, including elephant-grass meadows, swampy lagoons, and dense forests. Day 05

Kaziranga Elephant safari, Visit to Kaziranga national orchid and Biodiversity park

Opt for an optional adventure at 4:30 AM with a shared Elephant ride through Kaziranga National Park. After the safari, return to the hotel for breakfast, the quality of which depends on your hotel category and meal plan.
At 10:00 AM, embark on a visit to The Kaziranga National Orchid and Biodiversity Park, sprawling across 6 acres in Durgapur village. Recognized as the largest orchid park in the Northeast, it showcases over 500 varieties of wild orchids, 132 species of sour fruits and leafy vegetables, 46 species of bamboo, 12 species of cane, and numerous other plants. Immerse yourself in the cultural exhibitions and folk dances
of Assam.
In the afternoon around 1:00 PM, relish lunch and proceed for an optional Jeep Safari in the National Park. Return to the hotel in the evening for an overnight stay.

In case client wishes to prepone /postpone his or her travel dates, we request you to kindly reach us 15 days prior to journey date via e-mail/SMS..
The customers can prepone /postpone their tour once without any additional charges (if intimated before 15 days of travel date in written). However postponing & preponing second time will attract additional charges.
Also note that few service providers (Hoteliers, Transporter etc.) may apply postpone/prepone charges even after meeting above requirement. In such cases postpone/prepone charges will deducted from the advance amount deposited.
In all prepone or postpone scenarios, the services and the costing will be subject to availability of Hotel/Volvo and season/off season time.
We do not accept any changes in plan within 15 days of travel date. However in rare cases like adverse climatic conditions or strikes, package can be postponed which will be intimated to you beforehand.
The validity to utilize your Advance payment in prepone/postpone scenarios is 1 Year from the date of advance payment.
The advance payment and the invoice Number allotted to you, are transferable i.e. you can pass on your booking to any of your friends/ relatives. (Please Note: In order to transfer your booking you must meet the above terms and conditions first).

100 payment is to be made for domestic packages before 4 days of departure date.

In case of cancellation standard cancellation policies will be applicable or may be changed as per the policies

No refunds will be issued for cancellations regarding the initial booking amount.
Cancellation fees will apply as follows:
Cancellations made 30 days before the trip's start date will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the trip cost.
Cancellations made between 15-30 days before the trip's start date will incur a 75% cancellation fee of the trip cost.
Cancellations made within 0-15 days before the trip's start date will incur a 100% cancellation fee of the trip cost.
In the event of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions leading to activity cancellations, the operator will endeavor to provide alternative feasible activities.
However, no refunds will be granted for canceled activities due to these circumstances.
